An eSIM is a built-in virtual SIM in your phone — no physical card needed. iPhone XS/XR and newer, plus most recent Android flagships (Samsung / Huawei / Xiaomi / OPPO / vivo / Google Pixel, etc.) support it. Check the brand website for the compatibility list.
Yes. The eSIM and your original number (physical SIM or another eSIM) can work at the same time — your original number keeps calls and texts while the eSIM provides data.
You can top up the activated eSIM from "My Cards", or simply buy a new plan. Multiple eSIMs can be installed on one phone and switched anytime.
Right after payment, the installation QR code is sent to your email. Connect to Wi-Fi, open Settings → Cellular → Add eSIM, and scan the code. It takes about 2 minutes.
It starts once the eSIM is installed and connects to the destination network. Unused days are not consumed until activation, so install it on the day you arrive.
If the eSIM has not been installed and the QR code has not been viewed, you can request a full automatic refund from your order page. For already-activated plans, contact our support team for manual review.
